How can you use proportional editing without going into Edit Mode?

;) I'll go ahead and create something without it, but proportional editing seems like it would be off the table if we're not allowed to use Edit Mode for this assignment.

Proportional editing is still available in object mode (for moving or rotating multiple objects around), but you definitely don't have to use it for this one!

Oh wow! It actually is. I've been using Blender for years and I never noticed that. Cool! Now I feel like I have to use it.
