Done with Blender 2.64.
Trying something different than the typical tutorial video. The ear started as a 12 point circle, but instead of building from the outer edge inward, I started from the inner edge where the ear would meet the skull and worked outward. After I got the topology in place, I applied Subdivide Smooth twice. Sorry about the image quality, 4 GB of Ram apparently isn't enough to render.
